MATTLY FINANCE / PRICING
Routine bookkeeping is priced as a monthly package. Additional work is discussed first and billed only when it falls outside the agreed scope.
MONTHLY BOOKKEEPING PACKAGES
The package is a starting price based on expected transaction volume, number of accounts, the condition of the records and the level of reconciliation and reporting support required. Complexity can affect the final monthly fee even where the transaction count falls within the stated guide.
ESSENTIAL
For a small, straightforward monthly bookkeeping cycle.
BUSINESS
For businesses with a broader monthly processing and balance-management requirement.
BUSINESS PLUS
For a busier monthly cycle requiring more reconciliation and reporting support.
ADDITIONAL WORK
Work outside the agreed monthly package is discussed first and billed in 15-minute increments. Examples can include additional processing, extra schedules, investigations, ad-hoc analysis or additional meetings beyond the agreed routine.
CATCH-UP & CLEAN-UP
Historical catch-up, clean-up, opening-balance verification and migration work are assessed separately from the monthly package. Where an hourly approach is agreed, the rate is R650 per hour.
Once the records are at a reliable starting point, ongoing work can move onto the appropriate monthly package.
WHEN THE WORKLOAD CHANGES
Prices are stated in South African rand and are starting prices, not automatic quotes. The final monthly fee, responsibilities, start date and any once-off work are confirmed in writing before work begins. VAT or other applicable charges, if relevant to the engagement, will be shown in the written proposal or invoice rather than assumed on this website.
