Your enquiry

The form asks for your name, the support you need and optional email, business name and message. Completing it is voluntary; a name is required only to prepare the form’s brief. You can contact Edward directly instead.

The website prepares the brief in your browser. It does not submit the form to a MATTLY database or save it in browser storage. Downloading a brief saves a text file to your device. Selecting “Open WhatsApp” passes the brief to WhatsApp in a link; you still need to press Send to deliver the message.

How sent information is used

Information you send is used to respond, understand your needs, prepare a scope or quotation and manage related correspondence. An enquiry is not a marketing subscription. If you become a client, the engagement will set out how business records, access and responsibilities will be handled.

Please keep initial messages brief. Do not send passwords, banking credentials, identity numbers or detailed financial records through this form. Agree an appropriate channel for business documents before sharing them.

Service providers and international processing

Cloudflare hosts the website and may process technical information such as IP addresses, request details and security logs to deliver and protect it. WhatsApp processes information when you open its links or use its service; email providers process email correspondence. These providers may process information outside South Africa under their own terms and privacy arrangements.

Cookies and analytics

This website’s code does not set cookies, use advertising trackers or store form entries in local storage. Hosting providers may use technical mechanisms for security or service delivery. This notice will be updated if the website’s use of cookies or analytics changes.

Retention and access

Sent enquiries and correspondence are kept only as needed to handle the enquiry, any resulting engagement and applicable legal or recordkeeping obligations. The appropriate retention period depends on the record and the relationship.

You may request access to your personal information, correction of inaccurate information or deletion where applicable, and object to processing where the law permits. Contact Edward using the details above. Identity verification may be needed before releasing or changing records.
